CARE VAN
The
 Care
Van
program is a free service providing door to door
transportation for seniors and the disabled to the Senior Day Care Center, medical
appointments, physical
therapy, pharmacies, grocery stores and more. The Care
Vans run Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance; medical
appointments take priority. To make a reservation or for

The
Foundation’s Care Van
program provides free door-to-door transportation for
Senior and Disabled citizens in the communities of
Fallbrook, Bonsall, Rainbow, and De Luz. The Care Van,
completely dependent on the support of donations,
grants, and sponsorships of individuals and
organizations, provides thousands of rides annually for
many residents in the community.
Sponsorship Opportunities
In order to ensure the
long-term success of our Care Van service within the
community, the Foundation offers a sponsorship program.
Businesses, organizations, and individuals who commit
annual support to the Care Van are recognized with an
advertising medallion placed on the van with their name
and phone number. There are several levels of
sponsorship since the Foundation has two vans and each
van has two sides. For more information regarding
